2. What is your return policy?

Our return policy is very simple. You have 7 days from the time the lead is received to verify the information on the lead. Although returns are not common they do happen, once the returned lead is received by our return department the lead will be verified so please allow us up to 24 hours to issue a return credit. Once a lead is accepted you will receive another lead which will fit the same criteria as the lead returned.

  • Invalid names.
  • All phone numbers are invalid.
  • Duplicate leads.
  • The client did not apply.
  • Failure to meet any other written requirements given to us at the time of the original order.

3. Are the leads verified?

We do our very best to verify each and every lead that enters our database. Due to the fact BestLeadsYet.com generates so many organic leads we are unable to verify every lead that crosses our path. We have a department dedicated to the verification of leads and as we receive input on a lead from a client the status is updated in the system. If a lead is sent in as a return from one of our clients not only do we credit out client who returned the lead we will pull that lead from our inventory so another client will not have the same experience!

4. Where do you get your leads?

At Best Leads Yet.com, we use various techniques such as online marketing, search engine development, pay per click marketing, direct marketing, and much more. We do not generate incentivised leads or leads by spam. All our leads are potential prospects who have voluntarily given their information to us and agreed to be contacted.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, check by fax and/or mail and wire transfer.

6. How are the leads delivered?

Our leads are delivered one per page in a Microsoft Word format. If you would like another format you must speak with you account executive.

7. Can I return Vintage leads?

BestLeadsYet.com is one of the only companies that will allow you to return leads that were bought aged. If you purchase leads up to 30 days old we will allow you to return that lead. Although you will not have 7 days, you will only have 3 business days to return a vintage lead.

8. When will leads be delivered?

All of our fresh leads will be delivered every morning Monday – Friday. If for some reason you will not be in the office we require a 48 hour notice in order to take your account out of the daily rotation. Any notice short of 48 hours may not take effect and leads will be delivered.

9. What are your standard filters?

Our standard filters are, $100,000 loan amount, 90% LTV, Refinance. If you would like other filters please speak with your account executive. They will be more than happy to accommodate your requirements.

10. What is the average conversation ratio?

We have been experiencing on average a 12% funding rate. This will fluctuate based on the loan officer working the lead. On average you will see a 12% close ratio.

11. How Many Times are your leads sold?

Our leads are sold up to 4 times unless another arrangement is agreed upon at time of purchase.
